I'm Grant Holden; a technical leader, integration architect, and team builder. Over the past decade, I’ve led teams and designed systems that help businesses scale faster, move cleaner data, and deliver stronger outcomes.

I specialize in turning complex integration challenges into elegant, automated workflows that actually work, while helping the people around me grow into better contributors, collaborators, and leaders.

I have a passion for diving deep into technology to help businesses expand their capabilities and achieve their goals. My journey has been all about identifying upstream challenges before they become downstream issues, and I love crafting innovative solutions that make a real difference.

Why I'm Here

I’ve been dismantling and rebuilding the world around me since I could walk: Hi-fi stereos, old phones, you name it. If it had wires, I had to know its secrets.

Then came the internet - back when AOL sent you CDs in the mail to get on your dial-up connection.
I've spent more than two decades running cables, working for the government, and supporting corporate technology.

In short, I’m happy to swim in the ocean of technology to find the latest, greatest, and most innovative solutions that make the world go round.

I’ve always been in search of two things: how it all works and what makes a solution truly flawless.
I’m the person who knows how it works: the nuts, the bolts, and the screws; and I'm never done learning.

From a high-level view, I can spot things coming, find the back doors, or uncover solutions nobody else considers.
That’s where the magic is: using technology to solve human problems.

Now, with a few more gray hairs (and hopefully a bit more wisdom too), I’ve taken all of these experiences and created solutions that save time and energy. I see technology as the world’s greatest assistant, helping us reclaim our most precious resources: time and money. I love building effective, repeatable solutions so that I, and the people I work with, can spend more time with family, friends, and loved ones.

Human Experience is Priority: Everything we do should be based around how it feels to do that thing. If UX is bad, everything else crumbles beneath it.
Communication over Ego : Believe in the power of teamwork and open dialogue to achieve common goals allows us to put aside our egos and work together for the common good.
Best Idea Wins: A never-ending pursuit of the best idea, no matter who it's from, will propel all of us forward faster than individual egos.
"Good": Everything has an upside. Sometimes it's hard to find, but with enough determination, we will find it together.
Choose The Harder Right Instead of The Easier Wrong: We don't take shortcuts. We find the best scenario and enact plans to get us there.
Sometimes, 80% is good enough: Perfection is the enemy of progress. Prioritize iteration but ensure the first draft is good enough to iterate on in the first place.
